COASTAL Track and Trail Runners is for runners, walkers, joggers and competitive runners of all abilities, with the main emphasis being on having fun while keeping fit.

They are a Specialist Member Organisation affiliated with Athletics NSW. Their goal is to introduce people to the benefits of running.

CTTR has a variety of weekly runs on the Road, Track and Trails, XC Cross Country in various locations within the Mid North Coast. Monthly training runs are organised on the Tracks and Trails, varying in distances from 1km for kids, 4km to 25km for adults.

XC Cross Country Series is run in the school terms and held in different locations each week.

Adults and children are welcome.

New runners are welcome to turn up and try with no obligation to join. Whatever your level of fitness, you wont be left behind at the COASTAL Track and Trail Runners. You can use their runs as preparation for other running events that you are training for.
