Naomi has been a part of our local community for quite a while and on the board of GPMTA. Naomi has lived in Port Macquarie for 37 years and a Board Member for 4 years.
Moving to Port Macquarie 37 years ago Naomi can never see herself leaving. She is one of the Directors at HEM Property and is so proud of their business which they opened 5 years ago. They now employ 15 staff and specialise in residential sales and property management.
Naomi has been on the Tourism Board for 4 years and became involved as she believes it doesn’t matter what business you have in our amazing region, we all benefit from Tourism and without this, the town would be completely different.
Naomi loves the diversity which our region offers- there is something for everyone! You can swim, surf, walk, hike, indulge in several wineries, cruise up the river, have cultural experiences and visit the zoo…plus there’s plenty more!
HEM is very involved in our community. Naomi is the major sponsor of the Port Macquarie Golf Club plus supports Saints Soccer and Port City Breakers Juniors RLFC.
The events that HEM are super proud to be the major sponsors of are, the Mother’s Day Classic plus the Ride the Wave Surf and Skate Festival. They also engage the youth by running their annual, design our SOLD Sticker competition which brings out the budding artists and sees their schools receiving a donation for their Arts Department.
Naomi loves to do the Coastal Walk most Sundays plus she does boot camp through the week at Town Beach. She has recently started running which is another great way to truly appreciate how lucky we are to live in paradise!
