Our system requires all suitable candidates to complete a rigorous Skills Test before they are interviewed. Most candidates FAIL the test! We choose only the cream of the crop and that’s just the start.

• 2 – 5 years experience

Our Founder, Judith, has decades of Accounting experience, working around the globe from Canada to London to Sydney.

As her own family expanded, she worked closer to home in small businesses, including her husband’s start-ups. This time being “elbow deep” in the business, really helped her to understand the demands and challenges of small to medium businesses plus the unique challenges of the start-up world.
